That is not the same as a ban. Curaçao replaced its old master-licence system with direct licensing, and operators were placed on transitional licences that had to be converted into indefinite ones. Most neighbouring entries now read Indefinite; a smaller group reads Expired. Smein Hosting N.V. is absent from the CGA enforcement register of 10 July 2026, which lists revocations and non-extensions — so this reads as an unconverted transitional licence rather than a sanctioned operator.
